This course is designed to enable the engineers coming out of the stream to work on board the ship as electrical engineers. They can also work on marine related industries. Jobs with shipyards, dry docks, ship machinery manufacturers are some of the other fields they can look into. Our specialized course is having a well balanced curriculum which meets both theory and practical with the same emphasis. We are having a number of practical exercises which enable the students to have good exposure to electrical circuit building and fault finding. Our advanced automation laboratory is designed to meet the latest technology available on board the ship. We have both theoretical and practical exposure on high voltage systems. A most modern simulator is available in the campus to expose the students and opportunity to learn the ships operation and fault finding.
